BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 385

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 10 January 2018, marks the 78" Founding Anniversary and 18" Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
