BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 385

DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato will be celebrating its annual festivity called the Kawayanan Festival on Thursday, 07 December 2023.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 07 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato.
