MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT ell' THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATiON No. 386 AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERI­ CULTURE CENTERS, INC. TO CONDUCT AN EDUCATION AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM APRIL 16 TO MAY 15, 1965. WHEREAS, the puericulture centers and maternity houses all over the country have rendered invaluable assistance in the public health program Qf th~ ¥ov~rnmentl especially among indigents i WHEREAS, there is still a dearth of these centers to serve rural areas; and WHEREAS, the National League of Puericulture Centers, Inc., needs public support to maintain and operate centers in rural and resettlement areas; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National League of Puericulture Centers to conduct an educational and fund drive from April 16 to May 15, 1965. I call upon all individuals, organizations and corporations to support this campaign and authorize government officials and employees to accept fund raising responsibilities in their respective communities.
