CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, TO BE KNOWN AS LOPUE’S SOUTH SQUARE I.T. PARK LOCATED AT ARANETA STREET, BARANGAY TANGUB, BACOLOD CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended ‘by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004) and Resolution No. 09- 620 (s. 2009) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land, to be known as Lopue’s South Square I.T. Park, as an Information Technology Park, located at Araneta Street, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City, consisting of an area of Fifty-Three Thousand and Nine Hundred (53,900) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 491-A, Psd-49555, being a portion of Lot 491, Bacolod Cadastre), situated in the City of Bacolod, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the SE., & SW., along line 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 492, on the SW., along lines 7-8-9-10-11 by Lot 493, both of Bacolod Cadastre; on the NW., along line 11-12 by National Road; on the NE., along lines 12-13-14-15 by Lot 481, Bacolod Cadastre; on the E., along line 15-1 by Lot 491-B of this subdivision survey.

Rafael P. Guerrero, on March 02, 1956 and approved on March 06, 1957.
