BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 386

DECLARING FRIDAY, 12 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Friday, 12 January 2018, marks the Founding Anniversary of the City of Valencia, Bukidnon; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia,

Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 12 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Bukidnon.
