Proclamation No. 387, s. 1965

MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 387 RESERVING FOR PLAYGROUND PURPOSES A CER­ TAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BONOT, CITY OF LEGASPI. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for playground purposes under the administration of the City of Legaspi, subject to private rights, if any there be, the followjpg parcel of the private domain, situated in the Barrio of Bonot, City of Legaspi, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1397 (Playground site) "A parcel of land (Lot No. 1397 of the Cadastral Survey of Albay), with the improvements thereon, situated in the barrio of Bonot, MunicfpaUty of Legaspi, Province of Albay. Bounded on the N. by Lot No. 1356; on the E. by Lots Nos. 1357 and 1362; on the S. by Lot No. 1388; and on the W. by Pefiaramda Street; containing an area of 8,232 square meters, more or less, covered by T.C.T.
