BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 387

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ANNEX-SM CITY DAVAO I.T. CENTER, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG QUIMPO BOULEVARD, MATINA, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA ‘No. 7916, as amended; its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated (s. 2000) and Resolution No. 11-522 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, to be known as The Annex-SM City Davao I.T. Center, as an Information Technology Center, which stands on a parcel of land along Quimpo Boulevard, Matina, Davao City, with an area of One Hundred Twenty Thousand (120,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-D, Psd-112402-038706 being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-112402- 001361, situated in the Barrio of Matina, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19 by Lot 1, Psd-11-

Date of original survey February 1916 — May 4920 and that of the subdivision survey, February 11-12, 1994 executed by Geodetic Engineer Leonardo P. Cordero and approved on February 18, 1994.
