PROCLAMATION NO. 388

DECLARING SATURDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SORSOGON, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2023, Saturday, the City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sorsogon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 16 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sorsogon, Province of Sorsogon.
