• MALACANAN& Manila f.AfU (D4-4 BY THF PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 389 FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 300, DATED AUGUST 2, 1938, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 223, DATED DECEMBER 3, 1955, ENTITLED "RESERVING FOR CITRUS EXPERIf.IENT STATION PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARAN GAY OF KISOLON, MUNICIPALITY OF IMPASUGONG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO" Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources pursuant to the provision of Sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 300, series of 1938, as amended by Proclamation No. 223, series of 1955, which established the Kisolon Citrus Experiment Station situated in the Barangay of Kisolon, Municipality of Impasugong, Province of Bukidnon, Island of MindanaC', by changing its name to Kisolon Demonstration Farm eservation and further reducing the area embraced therein from 49,6540 hectares to 10.000 hectares, subject to future survey, and declaring the parcel or parcels of land excluded therefrom open to settlement and disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which area is more particvlarly described as follows, to wit: KISOLON DEMONSTRATION FARM A PARCEL OF LAND (Kisolon Demonstration Farm) situated in the Barangay of Kisolon, Muicipality of Sunilao (formerly Impasugong), Province of Bukidnon, Island ofMindanao. Bounded on the North, by Lot 3, IR-397 Amd.; on the East, by remaining portion; on the South, by Lot 2, IR- 397 Amd. (Kisolon Elementary Scpool site Pr-I020); on the West, by National Highway (60.00 M Wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 24 deg. 06'W., 180.84 m. from BLLM No.9, Bo. of Kisolon. Thence. .. N. 20 deg. 20' W., No 69 deg. 08' E.,N. 69 deg. 08' E., S. 27 deg. 39' E., S. 53 deg. 59' w., S. 54 deg. 08' W., 321.32 m. to point 2; 299.85 m. to point 3; 53.87 m. to point 4; 219.96 m. to point 5; 151.19 m. to point 6; 245.06 m. to point of .. .
