BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 3g9

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the celebration of its 112" Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 16 January 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
