CRUZ, DAVAO DFL SUR WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 5, 2010 marks the celebration of "A raw ng Sta. Cruz" in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur; WHEREAS, in order to give the constituents of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, the opportunity to participate' and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare October 5,2010 as special non-working day; NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N.
