BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 39

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on Monday, 22 August 2016, the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, marks the celebration of its Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
