MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 390 RESERVING FOR ADDITIONAL MARKET SITE PUR­ POSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority . vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settle­ ment and reserve for additional market site purposes, un­ der the Administration of the City of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Cebu, island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 3010 Cebu Cadastre A parcel of land (Lot 3010 of the cadastral survey of Cebu, L. R. C. Cad. Record ·No. --), situated in the City of Cehu. Bounded. on the NE., along line 1-2, by Caideron Street; on the S., along line 2-3, by Lot 3029, Cebu Cad.; on the SW., along line 3-4, by :Leon KHat Street; and on the NW., along line 4-1, by Lot 913, Cebu Cad. Beginning at a point marked 1. on plan, being S. 85 deg. 34 min. W., 656.42 meters from B.L.L.M. I, Cebu Cad., thence S. 14 deg. 20 min. E., 59.07 meters to point 2; thence S. 86 deg. 15 min. W., 81.90 mebers to point 3; thence N. 14 deg. 22 min. W., 43.52 meters to point 4; thence N. 75 deg. 19 min. E., 80.53 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 4,130 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan marked on the ground by Old Points; beadng true; date of the cadastral survey, Dec. 1910-Feb. 1912. Gonzales Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch pIau, which is at the intersedion of Quezon Boulevard Street and F. Gonzales Street, thence N. 74 deg. 00 min. E., 117.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 16 deg. 00 min. W., 58.16 meters to point 3; thence S. 74 deg. 00 min. E., 117.00' meters to point 4; thence S. 16 deg. 00 min. W., 58.16 Ir1_eters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 6,805 Isquare meters. NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys. Such part or parts of Lot 3010, Cebu Cadastre, as are traversed by Comercio Street shall be deemed excluded from the operation of this proclamation.
