PROCLAMATION NO. 390

DECLARING. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Rizal was formally established on June 11, 1901;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 11, 2003, marks the 102™ Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Rizal should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with fitting ceremonies and programs that will recall their glorious past and rekindle in them deep nationalistic sentiments necessary for the task of nation-building;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby dedlare

Wednesday, June 11, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Provirice of Rizal.
