BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 390

DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas will hold a Tourism and Cultural Day together with the celebration of its city fiesta on Tuesday, 16 January 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
