BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 390

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 27 December 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dumingag be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. '
