MALACANAN G Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 391 AUTHORIZING THE FILIPINO CONDUCT A NATIONAL YEAR WAR VETERANSFUND CAMPAIGN FOUNDATION, INC. TO FOR A PERIOD OF ONE WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 791, series of 1991, the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc., was authorized to conduct a national fund campaign during the period from September 14, 1991 to September 14, 1992. WHEREAS, the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc., needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal; NOW, THEREFOR, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
