BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 391

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JULY 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)

WHEREAS, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) marks its Foundation Day anniversary on 15 July 2012;

WHEREAS, the Chairman, RDC-CAR has requested that Monday, 16 July 2012 instead of 15 July 2012, which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special Ty non-working day in the Cordillera Administrative Region;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Cordillera Administrative Region be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 16 July 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
