BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 391

DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BARANGAYS NBBS, TANGOS AND TANZA, CITY OF NAVOTAS

WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections will conduct three (3) plebiscites on Friday, 05 January 2018, to ratify the creation of certain barangays in the City of Navotas; and

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of Barangays NBBS, Tangos and Tanza, City of Navotas the opportunity to actively and fully participate in the plebiscite and exercise their right to vote, it is but fitting and proper to declare 05 January 2018 as a special non-working day;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MENARDO |. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 05 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in Barangays NBBS, Tangos and Tanza, City of Navotas.
