PROCLAMATION NO. 392

DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 15 December 2023, Friday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro will commemorate the 79" Liberation Day of Mindoro Island from Japanese Occupation;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 15 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro.
