BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 393 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ALEOSAN MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALEOSAN,PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me bylaw, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Aleosan Municipal High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture andSports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situuted in the Municipality of Aleosan, Province of North Cotabato, Island ofMindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly describedas follows, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND, identified as Lot 1, Sgs-12-000158-D, being a portion of Lot 1310, Pls-134, identical to Lot No.3071, Pls-134, situated in the Barrio of San Mateo {now Municipality of Aleosan, Province of North Cotabato, Island ofMindanao. Bounded on the SW., and NW., along lines 5-1-2 by lot 2 of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4 by National Highway; and on the SW., along line 4-5 by L. Tormon. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S 57°00'E.,4185.38 meters from BLLM No. 71, Cad-107. Thence N. 37°02' E.,' 166.28 m. to point 2 S. 19°01' E., 78.19 m. to point 3 S. 44°28' E., 91.76 m. to point 4 S. 45°26' W., 125.03 m. to point 5 N. 46°53' W., 138.12 m. to pointof beginning, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND TWENTY FOUR (20.024) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and aremarked on the ground by Ps Cyl. Conc. Mons., a15 x 60 cms.Bearing true. Date of original survey from March 1940 to March1941 and that of the subdivision survey executed by GeodeticEngineer Teodorico B. Junio on August 13-14, 1980 and was approved on February 24, 1981.
