BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 393

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 2” Kaisa Festival on Friday, 19 January 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 19 January 2018 as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
