PROCLAMATION NO. 393

DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NINO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Nifio, Province of South Cotabato will be celebrating its 43° Founding Anniversary and the 24° Hinublag Festival on 23 December 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Nifio be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 23 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Nifio, Province of South Cotabato.
