WHEREAS, the Municipality of Kalilangan, Bukidnon marks its 46" Foundation Day anniversary on Monday, 18 June 2012;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kalilangan, Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate i in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies..
