BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 394

DECLARING TUESDAY, 23 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 23 January 2018, marks the anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic, which took place at Barasoain Church,

Malolos, Bulacan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 23 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
