BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 395

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND, UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT BARANGAY ALANG-ALANG, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (MEDICAL TOURISM CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as the Maayo Medical, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred One and 53/100 Square Meters (32,701.53 m7), more or less and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Barangay Alang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu, containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Square Meters (4,717 m*), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended by Resolution No. 17-566, and 16-190 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Medical Tourism Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan, Pcs-07- 007118), being a portion of the consolidation-subdivision of Lots 2299- A, Psd-07-36065, 2299-B-1, Psd-072230-028615 & 2300-A, Psd-07- 019781 situated in the Barangay of Alang-Alang, City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 5; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 3 (Road), both of the consolidation-subdivision plan; Pcs-07-007118; on the SW., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 2301, Hda. Mda. I-5121 Amd. 2; on the NW., along line 7-1 by Lot 1 of the consolidation-subdivision, Pcs-07-007118.
