BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 397

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Santa Rosa was politically emancipated as a municipality on 18 January 1792;

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 18 January 2018, the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna marks its 226" Founding Anniversary as a municipality; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
