PROCLAMATION NO. 398

DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN COTABATO CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, June 20, 2003, marks the 44” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 20, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in Cotabato City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
