BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 398

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on Friday, 02 February 2018, the Province of Ilocos Sur marks the celebration of the Kannawidan Ylocos Festival, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Sur.
