PROCLAMATION NO. 398

DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA BARBARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 17 November 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Santa Barbara, Province of lloilo will commemorate the anniversary of the Cry of Santa Barbara;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Barbara be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 17 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Barbara, Province of Iloilo.
