BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 40 DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. TERESITA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS WHEREAS, Friday, October 1, 2010, marks the c'ast day of the patron saint of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Batangas, St. Therese 0f the Child Jesus and of the Holy Face. WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N.
