DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 2, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG
WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 2, 2003 marks the 430” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Pasig;
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pasig be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 2, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pasig.
