BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 400

DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 20 January 2018, the City of Lipa, Batangas marks the celebration of the Kapeng Barako Festival 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 20 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
