MALACANAN G MANILA PROCLAMATION NO. 401 DECLARING 21 JUNE 1994 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN TAGAYTAY CITY WHEREAS, 21 June 1994, Tuesday, marks the 55th Foundation Anniver5ary of Tagaytay City; and WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Tagaytay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare 21 June 1994, Tuesday, as a Special Day in Tagaytay City; DONE in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of June in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Four.
