BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 401

DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, on Monday, 22 January 2018, the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur marks the celebration of the 18 Pasalamat Festival: and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presidentt RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 22 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.
