BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 401

DECLARING SATURDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AURORA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 25 November 2023, Saturday, the Municipality of Aurora, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of the Badak Festival or the 80 Adlaw sa Aurora;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aurora be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the

celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 25 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aurora, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
