MALACANANG Manila /v1f AJ /l> (, {, BY THE PRESIDENT OF THr PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 402 ESTABLISHING AS BAZAL RIVER WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR PURPOSES OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, AND IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND TO PROVIDE RESTRAINING MECANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND DISRUPTIVE LAND- USE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIA AURORA, PROVINCE OF AURORA, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environn.ent and Natural Resources and pursua~~t to the powers vested in me by law, :, tIDEL V.
