BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 402

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINOBA-AN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 November 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Hinoba-an, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and the Huba-Huba Color Fest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Hinoba-an be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Hinoba-an, Province of Negros Occidental.
