• MALACANANG Manila BY THE P'{ESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 403 AUTHORIZING THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC., TO CONDUT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Four.dation for the Disabled, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 112, dated November 25, 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign up to November 24, 1993; WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundationfor the Disabled, inc., needs additional time to raise more funds to enable it to expand its programs and projects for the disadvantaged and physically handicapped; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation fur the Diabled, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation ofthis proclamation.
