RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAYS SAN RAFAEL AND SAN MIGUEL (NOW PARAISO), CITY . OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON AS OFFICE SITES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) AND CENTRAL LUZON INTEGRATED AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTER (CLIARC) FOR LOWLAND DEVELOPMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (DA)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other form of disposition or settlement and reserve certain parcels of land of the private domain for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Central Luzon Integrated Agricultural Research Center (CLIARC) for Lowland Development of the Department of Agriculture (DA), subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangays San Rafael and San Miguel (now Paraiso), City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:
