BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 404

DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 03 February 2018, the City of Cabanatuan marks the celebration of its 68'" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
