BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 405

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS, Thursday, 25 January 2018, marks the 447" Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
