BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 407

AUTHORIZING THE SAMAHAN NG PILIPINONG AYAW SA KRIMINAL- IDAD AT KATIWALIAN (SAPAKK) INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND RAISING CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS

WHEREAS, the Samahan ng Pilipinong Ayaw sa Kriminalidad at Katiwalian (SAPAKK) Inc. is currently implementing its advocacy of fighting and prevention of crime and corruption, including its subsidiary role of poverty alleviation, in line with the present trust of the government;

WHEREAS, in order to effectively and ‘efficiently undertake its noble objectives and role, the SAPAKK Inc., a non-stock, non-profit and non-government organization needs the support of all civic-spirited citizens to enable the association to carry on with its laudable projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Samahan ng Pilipinong Ayaw sa Kriminalidad at Katiwalian (SAPAKK) Inc. to conduct a national fund raising campaign for a period of three (3) months effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
