Proclamation No. 408, s. 1965

L MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 408 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PRO­ CLAMATION NO. 63, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, SITUATED IN RE­ SIDENCE SECTION "A", CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, AND RE­ SERVING THE SAME FOR BUILDING SITE PUR­ POSES OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuanJ to the authority ve:;¢ed in me by law, I, Diosdado :Macapagal, Pres­ ident of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from ope­ ration of Proclamation No. 63, dated August 6, 1925, which established the Government Center Reservation situated in Residence Section "A", City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for building site purposes under the administration of the Administrator of the Social Security System, subject to private rights, if' any there be, which parcel of Jand is more .particularly described as follows, to wit: Nr-174 (Social Security System) "A pareel of land (as shown on plan Nr-174, L.R.C. Record No. --), situated in the Res. Sec. "A", City of Baguio. Bound­ ed on the NW., along lino 1-2, by Harrison'Road; on the N., along line 2:"'3, by properly of Blisa Cerantes; on the NE., along line 3-4, by property of Bureau of Forestry; oft the E., along line 4-5, by. property of Bureau' of Mines j on the' S., along line 5-6, by property of Benguet, Iiugao, Bontoc, Apayao, Kalinga' (Lot 2, Swo-19505 (POl'tion); and on the NW., along line 6-1, .by Harrison Road. Beginning at a point marked "I" on plan, being N. 12 rleg. 07 min. W., 458.64 meters from Triangulation Statiun "Happy", Baguio Townsite, thence N. 38 deg.47 min. E., 25.81 meters to point 2; thence N. 77 deg. 18 min. E.; 34.96 meters to point 3; thence S. 62 deg. 45 min. E., 36.34 meters to point 4; thence S. 3 deg. 01 min. W., 19.94 meters to point 5; thence S. 87 deg. 56 min. W., 91.79 meters to point 6; thence N. 40 deg. 16 min. E. 15.78 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,500 square meters. All 038585 points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows :points I and 2 by Spikes on Trees, point 3 by Cross marked on Cone. Pavement and the rest by B.L. Cyl.
