BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO408

DECLARING MONDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan marks the celebration of its 20"" Founding Anniversary on Monday, 12 February 2018; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 12 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
