PROCLAMATION NO. 408

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 December 2023, Wednesday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 75'" Founding Anniversary and the Pasaway Handurawan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
