MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF· THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 409 EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECTS, INC., UP TO AUGUST 31,1965. WHEREAS, the period from May 1 to June 30, 1965, was set aside for the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc.; WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc. was not able to solicit funds from public and private schools due to the change of the school calenJar this year; and WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc. needs additional time to realize its quota of P300,OOO.OO to con,.. Unue its activities; Now, THEREFO~, 1, Diosdado M:=i.eapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cel'ebral Palsy Project, Inc. up to August 31, 1965.
