CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED -IN, BARANGAY MANGHINAO I, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, ~PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE ~PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY ; REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of the Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulation, and Resolution No. 96-287 dated 29 August 1996 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a certain parcel of land located in Barangay Manghinao I, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, to be known as First Batangas Industrial Park (FBIP) consisting of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE
