BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 409

DECLARING TUESDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 13 February 2018, marks the celebration of the 20" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Parafhaque; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parafhaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 13 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Parafiaque.
