BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 41

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 22"? Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival on 18 September 2022;

WHEREAS, to enabie the people of the City of Tacurong to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 19 September 2022, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 18 September 2022, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 19 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
